   please change the pages from pg1.jpg to pg01.jpg coz the reader treats the page numbering like this,

   1.jpg > 10.jpg > 11.jpg …. > 2.jpg > 20.jpg

   instead of 1 > 2 > 3….

   for corrected page version, put ?6nmwrmi4lnhhx4i at the end of media fire url.

   Page order messed up in kampfer….rename the pages as pg01 instead of pg1..

   The pages are out of order and
   kaempfer_06_0008
   kaempfer_06_0009
   are missing altogether.
   Sorry.
